FDA prior Notice
  • By Truck - 2 Hours after date/time of FDA Prior Notice Confirmed date/time**
  • By Air Or Rail - 4 Hours after date/time of FDA Prior Notice Confirmed date/time**
  • By Vessel - 8 Hours after date/time of FDA Prior Notice Confirmed date/time**

CBP advance Notice
  • By Truck - 1 Hour after date/time of CBP Advance Notice Confirmed date/time**
  • By Rail - 2 Hours after date/time of CBP Advance Notice Confirmed date/time**
For products subject to prior notice, if "FDA Prior notice confirmed" or "CBP Advance Notice confirmed" field above is blank do NOT move shipment to port of entry.
